Andre Villas-Boas has resigned from his post of manager of Porto and seems likely to take over at Chelsea very soon.
Roman Abramovic has been searching for a new boss since the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti after the final game of the season, which saw Chelsea finish second in the Premier League and without a trophy at all, on the back of some poor form from October.
Villas-Boas will have his work cut out if he does finally join the Londoners, who will be expecting to regain the League title and to possibly win the Champions League as well.
